Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience as an immigration attorney focused on removal defense.
• Direct EOIR courtroom experience required.
• Valid driver’s license for travel within Central Texas.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions.
• Travel to jails and immigration courts in Central Texas.
