Job summary

Ascend Healthcare is recruiting a bilingual licensed therapist to provide remote counseling via telemedicine for patients served by community health partners. You will deliver diverse therapy modalities, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fully remote setting.

Must hold an active mental health license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) in your state, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be comfortable with remote work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Licensed Therapist or Counselor (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy via telemedicine to patients.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing education.
• Provide case management to promote recovery and community reintegration.
