Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems easily.
• Solid work history and tenure.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers to schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to set up appointments.
• Respond to customer requests within established timelines to maintain service levels.
• Accurately track scheduling information on Excel spreadsheets.
• Communicate with service technicians to ensure on-site arrival.
• Maintain confidentiality of nonpublic information.
• Provide written and verbal responses to customer inquiries as needed.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
• Handle conflict and diffuse upset customers with professional communication.
