Job summary

SmartLogix is seeking a fully bilingual Senior Release Management Coordinator for a temporary, full-time assignment in the healthcare insurance sector. The role focuses on coordinating software releases, implementation activities, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communications across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT/Release Management with SDLC proficiency and strong Excel skills, plus fluent English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a primarily remote

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Release Management, or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams and SDLC knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; strong English/Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software releases, deployments, maintenance and production changes.
• Lead release planning, readiness assessments, and status reviews.
• Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate impact of releases to technical and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Prepare and distribute release notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with release governance and change management processes.
• Track action items and drive implementation readiness.
