Job summary

Required are NMLS registration, a high school diploma, 4+ years of retail banking experience, and bilingual English plus Spanish or Polish proficiency. This role requires working from a U.S.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration required under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Reg Z, with ongoing compliance and a clean criminal/credit history
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish or Polish

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through face-to-face engagement across locations
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services to meet their financial goals
• Open and close accounts and originate/close consumer loans as required
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Follow branch policies and procedures to ensure compliance and exceptional service
