• Licenses required within 180 days of hire (SIE, FINRA 6/7, state registrations, Life).
• Ability to meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
• Excellent communication skills with customers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience with a customer-first attitude.
• Manage assigned customers, meet with them in person/phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Make personal connections, educate customers, ask questions, and build trust.
• Influence and connect customers to technology and to specialists for advanced needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to deliver integrated solutions across Chase offerings.
• Partner with Specialists (Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Binders) to connect customers with experts.
