In this in-office role, you will engage customers in a defined sales process, identify financial solutions, and deepen relationships through proactive service and cross-sell opportunities. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, educate customers on digital tools, and ensure a high-quality experience while managing risk and complying with policy

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree plus related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identifies opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
