Job summary

Pacific Coast Post Acute seeks a full-time Rehab Technician to support our SNF and outpatient rehabilitation programs by assisting therapists, preparing treatment areas, coordinating patient needs, and ensuring efficient department operations.

This bilingual (Spanish/English) role requires strong communication and takes part in equipment management, patient transport, scheduling, and documentation to help deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare, rehabilitation, or outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and preparation for physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Coordinate scheduling and transport of patients and equipment with therapists.
• Complete logs, reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Support denials management and tracking of supplies and inventory.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
