Job summary

Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a full-time Rehab Technician to support our SNF and outpatient rehabilitation programs. You will assist therapists, prepare treatment areas, coordinate patient needs, and help ensure efficient department operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely assist with patient transport and movement activities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and preparation for physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate with supervisors and therapists as directed.
• Coordinate resident scheduling needs with therapists.
• Transport, transfer, and prepare patients and equipment as directed by staff.
• Complete and submit logs, reports, and required documentation.
• Participate in denials management activities to ensure timely claims and appeals.
