Job summary

Olive Branch ABA in Elgin, Texas is seeking a compassionate bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will provide 1:1 therapy, implement plans, collect data, teach communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and BCBAs.

Responsibilities

Olive Branch ABA is looking for a compassionate and dependable Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Elgin, Texas.

As an RBT, you will provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working under the supervision of a BCBA.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Teach communication, social, functional, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, education, childcare, or behavioral services is preferred.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working directly with children and families.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from client sessions.

Compensation & Schedule

• $21–$23/hour for RBTs
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability
• Opportunities for additional hours as caseloads grow
• 10% performance/attendance bonus based on eligibility
