Olive Branch ABA in Austin, TX seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in English and Spanish to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings. Olive Branch ABA is looking for a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team in Austin.

As a bilingual RBT, you’ll provide individualized ABA services to children and families while helping create a comfortable and effective environment for Spanish-speaking clients. Your ability to communicate in both languages can make a meaningful difference in the quality of care and connection we provide.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families
• Collect and accurately document session data
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with families

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
