Job summary

The Regional Field Training Specialist at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc is responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring training programs to improve coworker performance and develop skills for current and future duties. This role reports to the Corporate Head of Training and collaborates with leaders and SMEs to close skill gaps.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of related training experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Learning, or Education is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with ability to translate content.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define skill or knowledge gaps with leaders and SMEs and design training material.
• Deliver technical and/or soft skills programs with engaging facilitation.
• Develop video-based microlearning and share resources with coworkers.
• Review existing training for effectiveness and propose updates.
• Assess opportunities, materials, vendors, and information to keep learning up to date.
• Suggest realistic solutions to improve performance where training is appropriate.
• Identify best delivery methods: classroom, virtual, or on-the-job training.
