Join our team as a Bilingual Recruiting Manager. In this role, you’ll be in a client-facing position supporting recruitment, management, and reporting for all clients in our branch location.

Support recruiting functions including Temp, Temp to Hire, RPO, and Direct Hire staffing, along with grassroots activities at the local level.

Outstanding communication and organization skills, along with a strategic mindset, are essential to foster strong relationships with clients. You’ll communicate and implement company policies and ensure compliance.

Fluency in Spanish is required for consideration. This role will work in our local office and at client locations.

What You'll Do

• Fulfill all client hiring needs for temp, temp-hire, RPO, or direct placement in your market.
• Build and expand business in partnership with the Sales team to increase our market presence.
• Monitor and report on hiring performance using KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate supporting staff, providing ongoing feedback and development.
• Analyze recruiting activity and develop action plans for improvement.
• Ensure clear communication for all recruiting efforts and initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client onsite activities, including market analysis and strategy meetings.
• Conduct regular meetings with client management to discuss performance and trends.
• Build relationships with internal teams to ensure strategy alignment and operational consistency.
• Support check-ins during mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Facilitate onsite personnel reviews, coaching sessions, and relationship building with staff.
• Maintain regular communication with client representatives and ensure alignment with their expectations.
• Assist with timekeeping and payroll processes weekly.
• Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• At least 4 years of progressive management experience, preferably in staffing, hospitality, operations, or retail.
• Experience in high-volume staffing.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Ability to act swiftly to ensure client success.
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills for operational and recruitment discussions.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work onsite and travel locally up to 25%.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
