Job summary

iLink Business Management is seeking an onsite Recruiter to acquire qualified employees across manufacturing, production, and logistics in Torrance, CA. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English and a hands-on approach to full-cycle recruiting.

The recruiter will schedule, screen, interview, onboard, train new hires, maintain records, perform drug screens and background checks, and support management with reports. This is a full-time on-site position with occasional weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities
