Source One Staffing in West Chicago, IL is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative / Recruiter to recruit, screen, and place candidates while delivering excellent service to clients and employees. The role requires strong communication in English and Spanish and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

You will post openings, conduct interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain records in the ATS, building a robust candidate pipeline for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Match candidates with client openings based on skills, availability, and work history.
• Maintain regular communication with applicants, employees, and client contacts throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, start dates, and onboarding paperwork.
• Handle employee call-offs, attendance issues, and general customer service needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Accurately update applicant and employee records in the ATS.
• Support branch operations with administrative tasks and client communication.
