The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and follow-through as you build a reliable pipeline and partner with the client to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Professional and reliable with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable speaking with people by phone and in person.
• Experience with recruiting or hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through job boards, phone calls, text messages, referrals, and community outreach.
• Post job openings and review applications.
• Conduct initial screenings and explain job duties, pay, schedules, and hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and start dates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our applicant tracking system.
• Communicate with your team and client contacts about hiring needs and candidate updates.
• Help build a dependable candidate pipeline and support a positive experience for applicants and employees.
