Job Description

This seasonal hybrid Bilingual Recruiter role focuses on high-volume hiring for light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing positions. The recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for 2025 requisitions at a time, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to quickly fill critical roles. The position follows standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours until 6:00 p.m. EST during peak hiring periods. The role requires regular onsite presence at the Indianapolis office three times per week and is best suited for someone who lives within a reasonable commuting distance and excels in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a requisition load of approximately 2025 open positions at any given time for light industrial and manufacturing roles.
  • Recruit for roles such as machine operator, warehouse associate, forklift operator, shipping, customer service, scale operator, and other light industrial positions.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating onsite interviews.

  • Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Move requisitions quickly through the hiring process to achieve timely fills and meet agreed-upon metrics.
  • Document candidate activity, communication, and hiring decisions accurately and consistently in the ATS.
  • Support high-volume hiring needs during peak seasons, including working extended hours when necessary.
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience managing a requisition load of 20 or more openings at one time.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition for high-volume, hourly roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to source candidates effectively using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Spanish bilingual).
  • Recent experience recruiting light industrial skill sets such as warehouse associates, machine operators, forklift operators, and material handlers.
  • Experience in recruiting within manufacturing, distribution, or staffing/agency environments.
  • Proven ability to turn requisitions around quickly and deliver timely hires in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and leaders and to engage candidates effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance metrics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment with light industrial or warehouse positions.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setting and collaborating with onsite and remote stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and candidate tracking.
  • Ability to build relationships and conduct effective intake meetings with hiring managers.
  • Adaptability to shifting hiring priorities and peak seasonal volume.
  • Professionalism and responsiveness in candidate and stakeholder communication.

Work Environment

The role operates in a hybrid work environment that combines remote work with regular onsite presence. The recruiter primarily works remotely but is expected to be onsite at the Indianapolis office three days per week and to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Indianapolis. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work until 6:00 p.m. EST on some days during peak hiring periods.
