Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to attract, screen, and hire talent. The role emphasizes inclusive recruiting practices, community engagement, and building strong candidate pipelines across NFM’s teams.

The position supports a hybrid work arrangement and includes benefits, a quarterly incentive structure, and opportunities to grow within the organization. Prior ATS experience and a degree in HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume positions.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Dayforce a plus).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years HR experience including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring decisions preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening including background check.

Pay Range: $55,632 - 68,984 annually

This bilingual Recruiter position may be for you. As a bilingual Recruiter, you will play an important role in attracting and engaging talent through inclusive recruiting practices and strong community connections. You will often be one of the first people future members of the NFM Family connect with as they explore a career with NFM. You will screen and interview candidates, build talent pipelines, and partner closely with NFM Managers to match the right candidate with the right career opportunity. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building and networking skills, both within NFM and throughout the community.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Be a Builder: Build relationships within NFM and throughout the community to develop strong talent pipelines and connect potential candidates with career opportunities
• Collaborate: Partner with NFM hiring managers to understand their teams, talent needs, and the skills needed for success
• Connect with Talent: Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates through networking, recruiting events, community partnerships, and other outreach efforts
• Be an Ambassador: Create a positive first impression of NFM and help candidates understand our culture, career opportunities, and what it means to be part of the NFM Family
• Set the Stage: Screen and interview candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career interests while evaluating alignment with position requirements
• Play Your Part: Deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience recruiting for high volume positions preferred
• Previous Applicant Tracking System experience preferred, Dayforce a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• 2+ years professional-level human resources experience that included recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions strongly preferred
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
