ASZ Caring Hearts Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide in Broward County to provide direct patient care per care plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs and mobility, and support patients at home.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish, CPR certification, and a clean AHCA background check. The position offers 24-40+ hours weekly with potential field work on HHA cases and travel to other office locations once a week; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• HHA or CNA license (certification).
• Minimum of one year of documented experience.
• CPR certification.
• Physical and either a negative TB skin test or a chest x-ray within 6 months prior to hire.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Good work ethic and empathy for clients.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to express spoken and/or written ideas in English.
• Treat clients, staff, and public courteously and present a positive image.
• AHCA Level 2 Background Check.
• Updated CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and devices.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

ASZ Caring Hearts Inc. is hiring for several positions throughout Broward County. If you are a reliable caregiver/aide who loves helping kids as well as adults with disabilities and you have an open availability that matches the schedule.

We are looking for 2 office admins that are bilingual English & Spanish speaking part-time 24hrs+ must be open & have the flexibility to be able to work HHA cases if needed out in the field office hours will be 24- 40hrs+ weekly & more if HHA case & must be available to work every other weekend & travel to our other office locations once a week.
