Home Instead in Palm Beach County, FL seeks qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate openings across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach. Start today with 4–12 hour day shifts, weekday or weekend options, and competitive pay between $16 and $24 per hour.

As a W2 employer, we handle taxes and offer benefits, mileage reimbursement, and various perks. Requires HHA/CNA certification, 6+ months’ caregiving experience, valid USA driver's license and own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Willing to accept shifts 4 hours or more in Boca, Delray, Boynton, West Palm Beach areas.
• Pass a criminal background check & drug test.

HHA - DAYTIME WEEKDAYS WEEKEND Hours to Fit Your Family Needs [4, 6, 8, 12hr Shifts]

We are hiring qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate openings across Palm Beach County. If you hold a valid HHA certificate from an approved Florida facility and are ready to provide exceptional care, we want to hear from you!

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour (W2 employer, pay range is inclusive of benefits and overtime).

We are a W2 employer and we will pay/file your taxes so you don't have to!

Start immediately in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach - Caregiver, HHA, CNA.

You will care for your clients in the comfort of their own homes, providing dedicated one-on-one support (rather than working in a facility).

Before You Qualify

• You can work daytime hours during the week and/or weekend
• At least 6 months of significant Caregiving Experience, current CNA or HHA certificate
• Valid USA drivers’ license & vehicle with auto insurance in your name
• Willing to drive your client, in your car, to their appointments and shopping - sometimes every day (you get mileage reimbursement)
• Willing to accept shifts, 4 hours or more, in Boca, Delray, Boynton, and potentially West Palm Beach areas
• Pass a criminal background check & drug test
• Good reputation and work ethic! Bring us your strong references from past jobs
