Medical Dynamix is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist/Call Center staff member for an IMMEDIATE position in a busy primary care practice. Must be fluent in Spanish and provide friendly, professional service to patients and callers.

Responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines, routing calls to departments, basic data entry, and assisting with front-desk operations. High school diploma required; EMR experience is a plus; training provided. 18+ years old. Salary $13–$15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills on and off the phone.
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience with healthcare practice is a plus but training available.

Bilingual Call Center - Receptionist (IMMEDIATE POSITION)

Bilingual Receptionist /Call Center staff member needed for IMMEDIATE position for busy primary care medical practice.

Must be fluent in Spanish.

Must have high school diploma and able to work in US. Must be computer literate. Must be able to answer multiple phone lines and route them to various departments. Basic healthcare practice experience necessary, but willing to train. Working knowledge of Primary Care & EMRS a plus, but not necessary.

Must have a good attitude and bright personality. Must have excellent communication skills on & off the phone.

No work experience required, but must be 18 years or older
