Job summary

Olive Branch ABA in Austin, TX is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in English and Spanish to support children and families through ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. As an RBT, you'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision, document session data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff.

Travel within the Austin area may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin area.
• Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Communicate professionally with families in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical RBT standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
