Symphony ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) for a part-time role in the Washington, DC area. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and skill development.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment strategies.
• Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
