Job summary

Amigo Care ABA is hiring a part-time Bilingual RBT in the Baltimore City area to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. The role emphasizes Spanish language support and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

Earn $20.00–$25.00 per hour with paid training, background checks covered, and opportunities for RBT credentialing. Flexible afternoon hours Fit for students or caregivers seeking part-time shifts in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy.
• Patient, empathetic, professional, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and document data during each session.
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistency.
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not accepted)
• Passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and making a positive impact while working in clients’ homes
• Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy
