Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities through direct, data-driven therapy. You will implement plans under supervision and maintain detailed client records.

The role emphasizes compassionate, professional interaction and collaboration with the treatment team to ensure consistent, quality care and measurable progress for clients.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
