Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior plans, collect data, and help develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required or in progress.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities desirable.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities compassionately and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent implementation.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
