Job summary

Hidden Light ABA in Sherman, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, delivering direct 1:1 therapy.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
