Job summary

Solterra School, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with autism within a collaborative, growing team. The position involves direct student work, coordinating with BCBAs, teachers, OTs, SLPs, and other clinicians.

Hours include building 7:30am-7:30pm, school 8:00am-2:30pm, after-care 2:30pm-7:00pm, with compensation $24-$28 per hour based on responsibilities, qualifications, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to complete required training.
• RBT certification is required and ability to move and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students during school and provide clinical services during after-school hours as needed.
• Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans.
• Help students build communication, social, academic, and life skills.
• Collect data and document student progress.
• Use positive, compassionate strategies to support student behavior and regulation.
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment.
• Work as part of a collaborative clinical and educational team.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.
