Job summary

BrightPath Behavior in Colorado Springs, CO, is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance. You will implement therapy plans, collect progress data, and support families by teaching essential skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred; training available.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy per individualized plans.
• Support BCBAs by implementing interventions and skill-building.
• Address problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
• Collect and submit accurate data on client progress.
• Maintain session notes and timesheets; ensure confidentiality.
• Communicate with the team about client care and progress.
• Receive feedback and adjust interventions as directed.
• Work toward RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and related tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
