Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in Colorado homes and communities, helping them build communication, social and daily living skills under supervision of a BCBA. The role includes training and a path toward RBT credential, with ongoing support and scholarship opportunities.

Ideal candidates come from childcare, education, or healthcare backgrounds, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
• Experience working with children, families, or individuals who need support beneficial
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willingness to become an RBT (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in homes and communities
• Help children learn and practice life skills
• Follow treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors
• Track progress and complete documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and families
• Build positive relationships with children and caregivers
