Helping Hands Family in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a Therapist/RBT to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect behavior data to monitor progress.

This role requires Spanish fluency, a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s in a human services area preferred), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation, and a commitment to completing RBT training and passing

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child’s progress.
