Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual RBT (ABA Technician) to join our dedicated team of professionals providing comprehensive behavioral intervention services. As a Bilingual RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA and Group services to children and families, while maintaining accurate records and excellent communication with supervising professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development

• Deliver direct ABA and Group services to children and families, ensuring culturally sensitive and bilingual support

• Accurately record case notes, maintaining detailed and organized records of client progress and service delivery

• Collaborate with supervising BCaBA or BCBA to develop and implement behavior service plans, ensuring continuity of care and progress monitoring

• Communicate effectively with families, schools, and medical providers to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative approach to care

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and latest research in ABA
