Job summary

You will work under BCBA/BCaBA supervision, design and implement individualized programs, and maintain precise documentation of client progress to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RBT credential.

• Strong record-keeping and communication with supervising BCBA/BCaBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based behavioral intervention services for children with ASD and developmental delays.
• Deliver group and individual services and maintain accurate case notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) to design and implement individualized programs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align treatment plans and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed progress records and monitor program implementation.

Job Summary:

As a key member of our service delivery team, you will provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development

• Deliver ABA and Group services to children and families, ensuring accurate record keeping of case notes and excellent communication with supervising BCaBA or BCBA about the program and the progress of the behavior service plans

• Work closely with BCBA(s) to design and implement individualized programs tailored to the unique needs of each child and family

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and excellent communication among all stakeholders

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
