Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Associate to ensure product quality across production, warehouses, and office operations. You will conduct internal audits, identify defects, and drive corrective actions while supporting vendor certifications and calibration programs.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a minimum 2 years in manufacturing or quality control, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs independently.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or quality control, preferably in glass fabrication.
• Strong understanding of QA principles and continuous improvement.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication, observation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal quality audits and inspections across all production departments.
• Identify defects or deviations and ensure corrective actions.
• Track and report inspections, customer rejects, and remakes.
• Support compliance for vendor certifications, audits and calibration programs.
• Train and coach employees on quality and safety in English and Spanish.
• Promote a strong safety culture and report hazards or incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Safety/Quality Manager.
