We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Associate to join our team at our Anaheim warehouse. This is a TEMP TO HIRE position.

Position Summary:

The Quality Control (Production Operator) will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production quality, and adhering to safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiarize with department policies, procedures, methods, and techniques.
2. Use comparator and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to test parts.
3. Create and read SPC charts.
4. Follow Quality Control charts.
5. Check loads and rate of springs.
6. Ensure parts meet customer tolerance limits.
7. Notify Production immediately of any problems.
8. Repair, remake, or create tools necessary for setups.
9. Operate equipment such as surface grinders, drill presses, milling machines, and engine lathes safely and accurately.
10. Set Solid & Deburr.
11. Grit Blasting.
12. Heat Treat and Passivation.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality control and SPC.
• Ability to operate and maintain various machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to report issues promptly.
