Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Performance Quality Analyst I to join its The Puerto Rico team, based in or near San Juan or Mayagüez. The role is hybrid, with in-office 1–2 days per week, and a rotating schedule 8:00 am–5:00 pm (AST) Monday–Friday.

Candidate should have at least BS/BA and 2+ years in enrollment, billing, claims, or related customer contact environments. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and healthcare/audit experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA with 2+ years in enrollment/billing, claims, or customer contact in healthcare/insurance.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish; written and spoken proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists higher level auditor on field work and special audits.
• Participates in pre and post implementation audits of providers and enrollment/billing transactions.
• Analyses data, makes remediation recommendations, and documents findings.
• Documents audit results and monitors corrective action plans.
