Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and formal education to employees or clients.
• Review casework to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead administration of defined procedures, analysis and report generation.
• Identify trends and elevate problems to drive improvements.
• Develop tests, scenarios, and cases to validate processes.
