Job summary

Ascend Healthcare seeks a highly qualified Bilingual Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider to deliver telemedicine services for California and national partners.

The role requires active CA license (or eligible), PMHNP or CAQ, DEA, and 2+ years of psychiatric practice. You will provide diagnostic evaluations, pharmacologic management, and coordination across care teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence
• DEA License
• 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider
• Bilingual- English and Spanish (required)

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorders
• Psychopharmacological management of psychiatric conditions
• Provide medication-assisted treatment for OUD as needed
• Coordinate care between psychiatry, substance use treatment and medical services
• Care coordination for patients including referrals and social determinants of health
