Job summary

Ascend Healthcare seeks a bilingual Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C/PMHNP) for fully remote, telemedicine-based care nationwide. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and coordinate care with CHC partners across the U.S.

An active OR license and a Spanish-English bilingual skill set are required. The role emphasizes patient-centered, trauma-informed care, with a salary range of $165,000–$175,000 plus a monthly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided.
• DEA License
• Bilingual- English and Spanish (required)
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorder across all age spectrums.
• Psychopharmacological management of psychiatric conditions.
• Data waiver (or willingness to learn) for medication-assisted treatment of OUD in withdrawal or recovery.
• Supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Coordinate care between psychiatry, substance use treatment, and medical integration.
• Direct support for scheduled and walk-in patients; documentation of treatment plans.
