Ascend Healthcare is seeking a bilingual Psychiatric PA-C or PMHNP to deliver remote psychiatric and substance-use care via telemedicine to patients nationwide. Requires active, unrestricted license in your state of residence and willingness to obtain CA license.

The role emphasizes patient-first care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering evidence-based treatments from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided.
• 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider.
• DEA License.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish (required).
• Willingness to work in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric diagnostic evaluations across general mental health and substance use disorder care.
• Psychopharmacological management of psychiatric conditions.
• Provide medication-assisted treatment for OUD.
• Care coordination between psychiatry, substance use treatment, and medical integration.
• Direct support for scheduled and walk-in patients.
