Job summary

Place 2B Properties in Salem, OR seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee the performance, operations, and financial success of their assigned property. You will supervise on-site Leasing Agents and site teams to maintain occupancy, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

You will lead budgeting, review KPIs, and coordinate with the Portfolio Manager to drive growth and maintain a positive, professional on-site team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience; large site or supervisory preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws.
• Experience managing property financials and budgets.
• Proficient in AppFolio, Tenant Tech, PropertyMELD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, enforce company policies and monitor occupancy.
• Support budgets, review financial reports, KPIs, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Supervise and onboard Leasing Agents and site teams; conduct evaluations.
• Monitor occupancy trends, collaborate on marketing strategies and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws; oversee audits.
• Partner with maintenance on work orders, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
