Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
• Utilize systems to manage resident records, applications, lease files, and reporting.
• Support rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency follow-up.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services.
• Step in to lead the office when the Property Manager is unavailable.
