You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, R&D, and suppliers to ensure design integrity, on-time delivery, and regulatory compliance for power supply systems.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial power solutions, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and strong problem-solving with proactive communication in a global team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Lead project kickoffs and ensure clear scope, objectives, and roles.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, and vendors to meet goals.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to meet technical specs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure milestones are met and resolve issues during development.
• Act as technical liaison with key customer accounts and manage expectations.
• Oversee design concepts, prototyping, and resource allocation for major projects.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and power electronics requirements.
• Support engineering team in troubleshooting and optimizing power electronics designs.
