Phihong USA in Fremont, CA seeks a power electronics engineer with 5+ years in power supply design to support customers and drive next-generation power products. You will develop reference designs, assist with system integration, and participate in cross-functional product development.

The role requires deep knowledge of AC-DC/DC-DC topologies, PoE, thermal design, and EMC/EMI testing, with strong analytical and presentation skills. On-site collaboration is expected.

Qualificações

• Must have strong knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC topologies and power conversion.
• Experience supporting customers in a technical role is preferred.
• Experience with PoE and Ethernet power delivery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for power supply and power conversion products.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate power solutions.
• Assist customers with product selection, system integration, and design optimization.
• Support customer qualification testing and resolve field application issues.
• Develop reference designs and evaluation platforms.
• Generate test reports and technical documentation.
• Conduct electrical, thermal, EMC/EMI testing and debug hardware issues.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical training.
• Collaborate with design, quality, manufacturing, and product management teams.
