Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Abilene, TX to coordinate project activities, scheduling, cost accounting, and documentation. You will liaise with Site managers, System Engineers, and Technicians to ensure on-time completion and adherence to budgets.

Responsibilities span initiation, planning, execution, and closing, including vendor coordination and reporting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate with a diverse team and client base.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office products.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 3-5 years of experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project phases from initiation to closing.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Interface with site managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
