Augsburg University in Minneapolis invites applications for a Program Manager to support day-to-day operations and implementation of the Minnesota Urban Debate League's partner school programs. The role collaborates with educators, coaches, students, and community partners to strengthen program delivery and ensure operational excellence.

Fluency in Spanish is required; the position includes daytime, evening, and weekend hours as needed to run tournaments, trainings, and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Three years of coaching and/or teaching experience; teaching degree may substitute for two years.
Spanish language fluency required.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and daily management of the Spanish Debate Program, including planning, curriculum implementation, coach recruitment, training, supervision, and budget oversight.
Manage a portfolio of middle school programs by building partnerships with schools, supporting coaches, and providing technical assistance.
Promote student participation by collaborating with school admins, educators, families, and partners to expand debate programming.
Oversee program data management, reporting, and Salesforce practices to support participation, recruitment, retention, and evaluation.
