Job summary

Family Health Centers at NYU Langone is seeking a Program Associate who is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian and/or Spanish to support the Shore Senior Center. Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with sign-in procedures, calendars, and navigating the Center.
• Input program participant attendance and service data into NYC Aging tracking system and maintain sign-in sheets.
• Process invoices and assist with budget tracking and expense management.
• Manage daily contributions and ensure accurate recording.
• Coordinate meals and meal sign-ins; support meals service coordination.
