Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Program Coordinator in Fresno, CA to deliver operational and administrative support for PACE programs. You will onboard caregivers, manage compliance, and maintain key client relationships to ensure high-quality homecare services.

The role requires 1+ year of admin or client-support experience, strong organization, and bilingual Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of administrative or client support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff and address questions or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver credentials and licensure.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and assignment details clearly.
• Support payroll timekeeping and schedule confirmations.
• Serve as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal departments.
