As a Program Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish), you will provide program support and handle administrative tasks to help deliver childcare, parent education, and doula services to the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication in both languages
• Experience in administrative tasks and office support
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher; able to troubleshoot computer issues
• Experience with posting on social media
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Organized and able to manage multiple assignments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deadlines, calendars, and events.
• Enter monthly statistics and reports.
• Submit invoices and mileage reimbursements.
• Support public relations and fundraising events.
• Assist with the center's social media and posts.
• Prepare flyers, forms, and newsletters.
• Source vendors and place orders.
• Support Dual Language team when needed.
