Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to oversee the production process from start to finish at their North Las Vegas facility. You will lead production teams, train workers in safety and equipment operation, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Experience with a Quality Control program.
Proficient with ERP software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in the production process from start to finish, ensuring product quality.
Supervise employees: hiring, training, assigning tasks, directing work, and evaluating performance.
Organize daily workflow per Plant Manager guidance and production schedules, ensuring teams are informed of tasks and deadlines.
Train workers in production methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies; monitor comprehension and retraining as needed.
Maintain organized work areas, store tools and materials safely, and ensure proper use of safety guidelines.
